• "AI Output" means any insights, recommendations, scores, or analyses generated by the Services.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Use of the Services

Subject to these Terms, Lookability AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for internal business purposes.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services
• Use the Services for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
• Use the Services to process data you do not have rights to

5. Customer Content

You retain ownership of your Customer Content. By using the Services, you grant Lookability AI a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights to submit and process Customer Content
• Your use of the Services complies with applicable laws

6. AI Output Disclaimer

The Services use automated systems and artificial intelligence to generate AI Output.

AI Output is provided for informational and analytical purposes only and:

• May be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• Should not be relied upon as legal, financial, SEO, or business advice
• Does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or performance outcomes

7. Tool Provider Disclaimer

Lookability AI is a diagnostic and analytical tool provider. The Services analyze publicly available website data and connected data sources to generate reports, scores, and recommendations.

Lookability AI does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for:

• The nature, legality, or content of any website, domain, or business analyzed through the Services
• How Users apply, implement, or act upon AI Output, recommendations, or audit results
• The business activities, products, services, or conduct of any User or entity using the Services
• Any third-party content, services, or platforms accessed or referenced through the Services

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services and any actions taken based on AI Output comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Lookability AI shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from a User's application of audit results or recommendations.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Lookability AI operates as a neutral tool provider and does not verify, approve, or certify the legitimacy or legality of any business or website submitted for analysis.

8. Fees & Beta Services

Certain features may be offered free of charge, in beta, or subject to future fees. We reserve the right to introduce pricing, modify plans, or discontinue beta features with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, models, designs, and branding, belong exclusively to Lookability AI or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses a security or legal risk
• Required by law

You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Lookability AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Lookability AI in the 12 months preceding the claim

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lookability AI from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Services
• Your Customer Content
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
