Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules and restrictions for using the website, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Lookability AI Ltd. ("Lookability AI", "we", "us", or "our").

This AUP is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

1. General Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these rules. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any use by third parties you authorize.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

2.1 Illegal or Harmful Conduct

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Engage in or facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes
  • Process, store, or transmit data you are not authorized to handle
  • Collect or process personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws

2.2 Abuse & Misuse

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Services
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Services beyond authorized API use
  • Circumvent or disable any security, authentication, or access control mechanisms
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services or any AI Output without prior written consent

2.3 System Interference

  • Overload, disrupt, or degrade the performance of the Services or related infrastructure
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks or vulnerability testing without our written authorization

2.4 Content & Data Restrictions

  • Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information during signup or use
  • Use the Services to analyze, process, or store content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
  • Upload, connect, or process content that infringes intellectual property rights of others

3. Rate Limits & Fair Use

We may impose usage limits, rate limits, or access restrictions to maintain platform stability. Attempting to circumvent these limits is a violation of this AUP.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor use of the Services for compliance with this AUP. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a violation has occurred, we may:

  • Issue a warning
  • Temporarily suspend access
  • Permanently terminate your account
  • Report violations to relevant authorities

We may take enforcement action without prior notice where necessary to protect the Services, our users, or third parties.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to: abuse@lookability.ai

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
